    Success Factors and Conditions

    • Campaigns should carry a 6-9 month commitment to see 20-40% more leads YOY.
    • Current GMB suspensions or poor-quality backlink building may result in a clean-up process prior to the set course in the roadmap taking place.
    • Rankings shift daily. Ranking growth should be looked at in a monthly timeline, rather than weekly or daily.
    • Multiple GMB listings require a rotation for optimization or an additional Google Business Profile add-on per additional location.
    • Admin access to the CMS is required for content additions, implement schema, and other important deliverables we execute.
    • All access points (GMB, GA, GSC, & website) will need to be shared during onboarding or you may experience delays with implementation.
    • Speed optimization that requires a website developer may come at additional cost if outside the scope of the campaign.
    • GBP posts utilize pre-existing content from each website to ensure a low edit process.
    • We fulfill the task work in a 30-day time period. Notifications for approval/task completion will automatically be sent out.
    • SEO writers are generalists and may require industry insight. SurferSEO will be used to suggest topics that rank based on what the algorithm likes.
    • No requests or alterations can be made to task list before 90 days of work is completed.
    • For websites built on non-standard CMS platforms, we recommend having our team review the setup to ensure optimal SEO compatibility.
    • If an approval is not received within 60 days for any SEO task, the team will move forward with an alternative SEO task. Implementation of any content approved after this 60-day period will be billed at a rate of $100/hour.
    • Citation work is completed over 1–3 months, based on submission, verification, and directory processing timelines.
